For each style, there are four sizes you can choose and blow is a size guide for your consideration (the measurement is for a single girth). It’s best to measure you size with a piece of string and decide what feels the most comfortable. The suggestion is aimed to provide you a rough idea of average size for different age groups and genders only. Please adjust your choice according to your case.
